I absolutely love this recipe. Since trying it, I have made it twice in one week. The second time I made it, I left out the shrimp and almonds and it was still terrific.

Excellent flavour!! The almonds give it a real extra kick. Very filling and nutritious. Will definitely make again.

My entire family are soup lovers. I felt it was a quick, nutrishious, and very filling. The only thing that we thought it need was lemon, so I added the juice of one lemon just before serving and it was perfect. I also used my emersable blender to chop up the spinach after I added it to the soup so the pieces were not so large. I will absolutley make it again.

Can't find the ingredients. They are not listed under the heading. It sounds good so I hope this problem will be remedied.
