I love this salad and so has everyone who has tasted it!! I even use sugar free maple syrup! It is delicious - will continue to make this awesome salad - especially when wanted to impress some guests!! You can also add some real bacon pieces and feta cheese to the salad to make even more tasty!

I love this salad so much! We make it several times a week. The baby spinach is the best and the cooked dressing makes it all come together!
