I made this recipe, but instead of onion I used sliced mushrooms and it was lovely. Will def use it again!
We added more of our favorite spices (lemon pepper, basil, etc.) and it turned out wonderful. Compared to the full-fat recipes out there, this is delicious and healthy! Fantastic!
I would suggest using alot more thyme and covering for the last 10 minutes. Tastes alot like french onion soup without the cheese.
