  • I agree about the saffron.

  • It calls for too much saffron - taste is almost overwhelming. I will remake the recipe, but I will not use saffron, and I'll add a little more garlic and lemon zest to the mix. Or I would recommend leaving the recipe as is, except cut the amount of saffron to a forth of what the recipe calls for.

  • The gremolata really gives it that extra taste of freshness. I also grated some lemon peel over the top.
