I do this recipe once a week as my husband and I are on a low fat diet and we really like this. To go with it, I steam carrots and rutabaga then mash them together. More recipes of this type please!
this is a good basic recipe. My family doesn't like peas so i use green beans, and we like breasts rather than thighs. my daughter uses ground turkey breasts.
Easy to make. Reheated well for lunch.
