I had been looking for healthy, delicious and EASY to prepare meals. I've found at least one! This one was fantastic! The thing that took the longest was shelling the peas, but it was worth it. I will defintely make this again. I substituted whole wheat rotini for penne because that's what I had in the cabinet.
