This recipe is also great if you use brown rice instead of the bow tie pasta.

THE RECIPE IS CONFUSED. IT IS ENTITLED "BOW-TIE PASTA" BUT THE INGREDIENTS CALL FOR PENNE PASTA. IN THE NOTE ABOUT USING FROZEN PEAS, ITSAYS SOMETHING ABOUT ADDING HAM. hAM IS NOWHERE MENTIONED AS AN INGREDIENT IN THIS RECIPE.
