This was great ! The chicken was moist and had a wonderful flavor, even my picky eater loved it! the salsa was very fun to make and tasted great!!

I didn't make the salsa, just the chicken. Since I didn't have cilantro, I used 1 1/2 T. fresh parsley and 1 1/2 T. fresh dill. It was great. I also recommend pounding the chicken breasts flat. They will grill more evenly and are more tender.

The ingredients list doesn't match the instructions. The salsa instructions call for onion and cilantro - they are not in the list for the salsa.
