As I have mentioned before with other recipes, you are not providing healthy eating recipes. At the most, your recipes should be 30% fat! That's easy to do. Broth or wine could be used for sauteeing or at least less oil.So far I have not been sent one recipe that I have even cooked because the fat and calories and salt are much too high. If you call yourselves foodfit, then please live up to your name. Thank you.

My wife and I made this dish last night and found it to be most tasty. There is no question that we would make it again.

This recipe would be made so much more appealing with the addition of fresh herbs and some additional flavorings. As it stands now, if you don't use the pancetta (which is optional) it is quite bland and lacking in flavor.
