Deceptively simple -- the flavors are light but zingy and meld perfectly -- unexpectedly delicious! Always looking for creative new ways to use fresh fennel (available year-round here).

Fennel is not available in the market at this time of year. It won't be until September. Why do you offer a recipe with unavailable ingredients? It sounds like a delicious recipe but how will I know?
