This was a lot of work, but it has excellent flavor and is well worth the effort if you have time, a lot should be done as prep work, or you may find yourself wishing some of the cutting was already done. This was excellent with the Roasted Garlic and Scallion Mashed Potatoes.

I love red peppers and so really enjoyed the pesto. However, I am not a meat eater. It certainly would be nice if you could give the nutritional date for each meal component for those of us who mix & match.
