  • My husband and I thought this was very good and quite easy to make! Do all your chopping beforehand- it's a must with this recipe. Once that is done, it's a breeze and dinner is on the table in no time!

  • It was extremly good but hard to make. Maybe when i have enough time i'll make it again. i fed it to my family and they were all smiles but the best part is not the taste but that you loose wieght. Thank you Foodfit.com for putting to great things together(loosing wieght and the great taste).

  • I served this to my picky husband and sisters. They even fought over the left-overs! This was such a big hit (and, thankfully, it was SO easy), it may become a frequently-fixed recipe.

  • Salmon has always been a favorite, however usually coupled with a single vegtable, and a pasta...this is a good lower-carb way to go....
