This is one of my two favorite recipes from Foodfit. It's easy and absolutely delicious. I made the salad several times last summer with either fettuccine or spaghetti. Either one works great. Be careful though. It's addicting!

Laura D., get some glasses and reread the recipe. (Where did you see 1 1/2 tablespoons???) This recipe is wonderful.

very easy, the balsamic vinegar gives this recipe some pizzazz.

Hey Smartie, it says 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt and pepper as plain as day in step 1. Don't be so quick to judge! Laura, if you ever have an instinct that a measurement might be inaccurate, especially with salt and pepper, start small and season to taste. I recommend your trying the recipe again and convert the S&P measurement to teaspoons. It really is delicious!

This was probably the worst thing I have ever tasted! Not only did I waste food making this dish, but then I had to go and make something else. It was far too salty and way too peppery. I'm sure I must have read the recipe wrong for I've never been disappointed in the recipes I've found here so far. I was particularly surprised at the amount of salt and pepper to add - 1 1/2 tablespoons! All I can say is never again!
