The cornmeal gave it an interesting texture that added to the appeal of this recipe. I shared it at the office and all the ladies loved it. A very flavourful moist bread, hard to believe it is actually healthy!

Terrible recipe! Who thought it would be a good idea to include cornmeal in pumpkin anything? Guess I got suckered into the idea. Would not make this again
