Great taste!Second batch added 3/4 cup grated apple and 1 cup chopped pecans-gave it more texture and more mixture of flavor

Not bad. A little bland. Comes out more of a cake like texture than like a cookie.

GOOD RECIPE! After reading the other reviews I made some modifications. I wanted a very pumpkiny cake like cookie so: I used FRESH pumpkin; I doubled the amount of pumpkin; I substituted 2 eggs for the yogurt; I doubled the vanilla; I used whole wheat flour. I think the next batch will get more spices (double) and perhaps a little more brown sugar (or molassas) since I used more pumpkin that called for!! ENJOY THEM! Good and good for ya!

These cookies are a bit bland, and I normally love anything with pumpkin in it.
