I love this pizza!!! One person who reviewed it said to use mozzarella instead, so I did and it was fabulous. But what I love the most is that it doesn't taste like it's a low fat pizza, but it is.

The only thing I would change is replace the goat cheese with light amount of asiago and mozzarella. Other than that , outstanding. Recommend a pizza stone for baking pizza. Definitley a crowd pleaser.
