    enjoyed it very much..however will drop the parsnips next time and add another vegetable

    I too tried this recipe. I didn't enjoy it at all. It lacked flavour, I found it too close to bland for my liking (all in gredients that I like but in this combination I found not so nice).

    The parsnips are a no go for me and my family, way too overpowering. and too much spinach even for my husband Popeye.
