Ingredients

1/2 cup tomato juice
1 clove garlic , finely minced
1 tablespoon freshly chopped chilies
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons hot sauce

Cooking Instructions

1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Note: Use to marinate chicken breasts, seafood or pork loin chops. Do not re-use marinade. The possibility of bacteria build-up is present.
