Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup warm water
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup dried currants

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.

2. In a medium bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. can add the oats, cinnamon and flour and mix well.
