1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and cajun seasoning, then drizzle with olive oil.
2. Place a sauté pan large enough to accommodate all the steaks over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and lower the heat to medium. Cook until well-browned on one side, about 5 to 6 minutes. Turn the steaks over and cook 3 to 4 minutes more, or to desired doneness.
