1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Gently toss the brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Spread the brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast on the top rack of the oven until they begin to get tender and golden, about 30 minutes.
