2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place it in a mixing bowl with the cream cheese. Have mash the avocado and cheese together with a potato masher or fork until chunky. Add the lime juice, cilantro salt and pepper and mix with a fork.
3. can assemble the roll ups. Spread half of the avocado-cheese mixture on the tortillas. Top with chicken, dividing it evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle the lettuce leaves and tomatoes on top of the chicken. Top with the remainder of the avocado cheese mixture and spoon the salsa on top. Roll up tightly.
4. You can make these ahead and chill them overnight, individually wrapped in plastic.
5. Slice in half on the diagonal and serve at room temperature.
