(red, yellow or green), stems and seeds removed and cut into thin strips
1. Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the bell pepper strips, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil until the peppers become tender, about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and serve.
