1. Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper and sauté with the olive oil and garlic mixture until the Brussels sprouts turn bright green and become tender. Remove from the skillet, sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve.
