1. Heat the peanut oil in a 10" skillet over medium-low heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the snow peas, soy sauce and pepper and sauté with the peanut oil and garlic until the snow peas turn bright green and are tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the skillet, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
