red wine vinegar
1. Wash the kale and remove any tough stems.
2. Place the kale in a steaming basket with 2 inches of water in the pot beneath the basket and cover.
2. Bring to a boil over a high heat and steam for approximately 2-4 minutes, or until the kale is bright in color.
3. Season with a splash of red wine vinegar.
