1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Wash the seeds under running water. Dry them on paper towels.
3. Lightly oil a baking sheet and spread the seeds over it.
4. Bake the seeds until completely dried, at least 1 hour, shaking the pan occassionally.
5. Turn the heat up to 350°F and brown the seeds lightly, about 5 minutes.
6. Cool, salt (optional) and store in an airtight container.Serving Size: 1 teaspoon
