1. In a large pitcher, combine the white grape juice, peach, nectarine, blackberries or blueberries, and raspberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Pour the juice into 4 large glasses. Spoon some of the fruit into each glass. Divide the sparkling water among the glasses and serve.
