Pre-heat oven to 375°F
1. Whip the egg into a bowl until frothy. Add the spices and herbs and whip to combine. Add the salt and sugar and toss with the almonds.
2. Place on a cookie sheet and place in the pre-heated oven and bake  minutes or until toasty. Store in an airtight container for up to  weeks.
